HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: During the promotion period specified on the Taco Cabana corporate catering website, http://catering.tacocabana.com, herein called “website,” upon submission a request for a catering service quote and the subsequent booking of the quoted order, you are automatically entered in the drawing. All information on the catering quote entry form must be completed by the entrant or the entry will be considered ineligible. Incomplete entries are void. Limit one entry submitted per person per day.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Alternatively, you may enter on a 4” x 5” piece of paper. On your entry, hand print your complete name, address, zip code, date of birth, employer, e-mail address and daytime and evening telephone numbers. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. 3. RANDOM DRAWING: One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the date specified on the website from all eligible entries. Decisions of judges are final. The prize will be awarded and winner notified by mail. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 1 Grand Prize: An all-inclusive four day, five night vacation to Cancun, Mexico for two people. Drawing for grand prize will be held annually (ARV: $2,000) 4 First Prizes: A 26”-32” flat screen television. Drawings for first prizes will be held quarterly. (ARV: $500) Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize.
5. GENERAL RULES: Open only to residents of Texas. Employees of Taco Cabana, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Purchase or acceptance of a product/offer does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Potential winners must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 15 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate will be selected. If minor wins a prize, prize will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value.
